Tice Engineering was hired to collect three-dimensional (3-D) topographical survey data between Saint Charles Avenue to Orange Grove Road / 5th Street, along United States Highway 49 (US 49), from the western right-of-way (ROW) limit to the eastern ROW limit. This includes the collection of all features, i.e. roadway, utility, drainage, obstructions, etc., within the ROW limits, collect drainage invert elevations.
